Terra, I know his Mother was a single Mom and I don't blame her knowing she is hurting for what her son has done. we as parents see signs but we never think they would ever be capable of doing what they did. This is an exception to any rule. he has so much hate filled in him....how can he continue to hurt another life like he did without batting an eye. The law didn't fail him..It's not the laws responsibility to raise peoples children. His parents failed him by not getting him the medical attention he needed. David Henry Tuck was sentenced to life for the beating and sodomy of a Hispanic boy in Houston. Man this is some scarry stuff... There is a lot of trouble in that child according to the story! It's a crying shame that the law failed to intervene and mandate diagnostic evaluation and intensive therapy when the boy was a fifth grader. My heart goes out to both families. I can't argue with the sentence, this kid needs help.

I am glad that the victim is alive and doing better .. i hope he is getting counseling as well ..
