Hey Ho all you Podsters. I'm beginning work on some call ins reviewing "zombie literature". My " living dead library" is chock full of the best, as well as the worst of the undead written word. What I'd like from y'all is ideas on what books you'd like reviewed. If I don't have it, I'll order it, read it and review it. Post your suggestions here!!

I have that one one pre-order from Amazon GW. And as with everything else Steve Niles has done I'm sure it's going to be incredible. I hadn't really thought of reviewing Graphic Novels, but I'll give it a go. Thanks for the suggestion Bro.

Brian Keene has some well regarded books. I am reading the first in his zombie books, The Rising. I don't want to taint your potential review by saying anything about it, but I will say I like it so far. City of the Dead and Ghoul are two of his other zombie related books. Some will say a ghoul is not a zombie, but Romero intended his undead to be ghouls since they technically aren't ...

I thought Keene's zombie opus, which includes both "The Rising" as well as "City of the Dead", are incredible zombie novels. You'll need to read both of them to get the whole story. And boy what a story it is. And I'm sure you've noticed that the main character Jim is from my home state of West Virginia!!! Coolness. Keene brings into play some really exciting and "different" aspects to the ...

I just bopped into the local library and picked up World War Z. I've been interested in this even before its release, but had to wait until I put a few other books away before reading it. I'm sure this one is on your que if not already finished. Now I've got zombies running through my head for stories I want to write. NO!!!!!!

Oh yes!! I've got both of Max Brooks' books in my "Living Dead Library". "World War Z" is just a fantastically incredible read. Just INCREDIBLE!! And I don't know if you have his first book "The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead", but if you don't you need that one too. Both of Brooks' books are on my list to review, and boy howdy will I give them a glowing one...

Most definately I've read Z. A. Recht's "Morningstar Strain". It's quite a tasty "zombie novel", with just enough "weird shit" to be very entertaining. And it will be an ongoing series of novels. That's really, really good news!

Of course, Pus, you must review the greatest zombie story of all time....... Joe R. Lansdale's "On the Far Side of the Cadillac Desert With Dead Folks" I know after I sent it to you you told me you loved it, but I'd like to see a proper review.

Has anybody here ever read The Damnation Game by Clive Barker? I was in the middle of reading it, wanting to finish and start a zombie novel when BAM! Zombies. It was a pleasant surprise.
