What do you carry in your bags; be they handlebar, tank, saddle or trunk? I got a $6 fanny pack at Walmart and clip it around my handlebars. Works well, so far. In it is: -Wallet -Keys. No reason to have the whole key ring hanging from the bike ignition. -Small flashlight -Work ID card -2 packs of oatmeal -Cell phone -PDA -Ink pen and sharpie marker - Garage door opener....

I have a triple T bag and I carry my sunglasses and extra lens for my goggles in there. I have been known to stuff my lunch in there from time to time.

I do not have any fixed bags yet, but carry a large bookbag either on me, or attached with a bungee to the sissy bar. Right now, let's see, there is: A 2 liter of Dr. Pepper, 2 pens, expired Alavert, post it notes, and a carb from a 1982 Briggs and Stratton engine! I keep my registration under my seat and have a toolbox on the bike that I keep, well, tools in. Funny though, whenever ...

In the tank bag (Nelson-Rigg); outer pockerts carry the rain gear. Big compartment: Chain lube, Spraway cleaner, cloth baby diapers, red rags, extra gloves, 3 hole plug in for charging cell phone, powering radar detector, etc' and usually a bottle of water and snacky bar; 'lid' bottom has map color highlighters, pen, flashlight, MP3 batteries, gum; 'middle of lid' is where I keep a kick stand ...

Tankbag: flashlight, gloves, assorted detritus. Tailbag: more tools than anyone needs, first-aid kit, sweatshirt, heavy gloves, facemask (for cold weather and robbing liquor stores), jumper cables, spares, assorted bungee cords and nets.

Just had a good ol tank bag with: sweatshirt, wallet, cellphone, smokes, and house keys And the standard motorcycle tool kit under the seat.

In my tool bag I carry tools. In my T Bar bag I carry my scrubs, my lunch, bungee cords and a jacket. In my belt loop bag I carry my Browning 380 automatic along with my concealed weapon permit.
