Anyone else find the perversion of innocent things like clowns and toys in horror movies extremely overdone these days? Fuck! It was fun in the 90's, but they're STILL doing this and think it's just as cutting edge now as it was then!!!

I think it's great. Clowns are Satan's messengers. In the days of the witch trials, people considered today as circus folk (clowns, gypsies, etc.), or "carnies", were burned at the stake for suspicion of practicing of witchcraft and association of the devil. So I don't know if clowns could really be associated as innocent.
