Anyone else find the perversion of innocent things like clowns and toys in horror movies extremely overdone these days? Fuck! It was fun in the 90's, but they're STILL doing this and think it's just as cutting edge now as it was then!!!

I've never really thought of clowns as being representative of innocence. Not after that whole John Wayne Gacy thing...

I think it's great. Clowns are Satan's messengers. In the days of the witch trials, people considered today as circus folk (clowns, gypsies, etc.), or "carnies", were burned at the stake for suspicion of practicing of witchcraft and association of the devil. So I don't know if clowns could really be associated as innocent.

in the New Movie Dead silence there gonna use dolls , since i was a kid dolls always used to creep me out i was scared shitless from em .

Honestly, it still scares the shit out of me. I can't say I think many movies that fit this description are very good, but the idea is what really bugs me out.

i actually feel they don't use enough of killer clowns,dolls and ect.
