I was able to borrow them. I can't do them right now because of an injury, but I plan to buy them after I recover. I really liked them and am sure I will get a lot of use out of them. Modifications are shown by some of her background exercisers, and she will often mention a possible modification herself. I like them a lot better than the Slim Series which I never could get into.

I haven't used mine at all. I did each one only once. Now I reach for one and my hand just slides over to another dvd. The dread factor on these is huge for me, and I paid so much for them -I thought they would be like slim series, which I have done over and over and have no dread .. And the expense-I feel like I have to use them. I will make an effort!!! This is just my experience, I hope ...

I have all 4 and have done them twice. They did not click for me. I was so excited when I previewed them. Dove has an amazing body, and her cueing is fantastic. Her personality is very serious, straight forward. I would say there is zero fun factor. Not that I think workouts should be all fun. I want to work! I thought they would be like slim series(which I love). They sure look ...

Hmmm I sweat a lot during them, but I don't think there is a place in my rotation for them. I don't find them Slim Series like at all. Slim Series to me is more Freestyle based lower body training, the Doves seem more like a fusion workout. That said I love No. 3 and 4, but I never do them anymore.

I have to admit to NOT doing them a lot since the initial rush when they first arrived. Vol 3 & 4 (ETA--I'm not actually sure about the order. I know #4 is my absolute favorite, and #2 is my least favorite. I can't remember, though, if #1 or #3 is my #2!!! I should look back at my older posts!) are definitely my favorites, though. For me it's been more of a "fun" factor dilemma. Lots has ...
