What model do you have?

Plug your phone into your computer and there should be a way to add files to your phone. Once the mp3 file is on your phone, play it and assign it as a ringer

use the blackberry software that came with it. I think mine came with some Roxio manager that's kind of like explorer and lets you drop and drop files to it.
