the cop was such an ass! He got me for going 40 in a 30 although the street is 40. he told me "that does not kick in until the carwash" which was 2 blocks behind me and I only went like maybe 4 blocks or less and he pulled me over

Go to court and tell the judge it was your first one. They will either drop it or not put any points on your license.
