I don't think going 5 over is "speeding" At least not to me!

I always slow down to about 20 when anyone is tailing me.

If you're in the fast lane on the highway only going 5 mph over the limit please move to a different lane. I can't stand when people go slow in that lane.. you're not even supposed to travel in it to begin with. But if you're not on the highway then screw the people behind you.
