Lo all, Quite simple really, which is the best anti-spot lotion / cream that I can purchase off the shelf? E.g. walk in to Superdrug / Boots and purchase. I'm not talking about acne, just help prevent spots. Also, what about spot removal off the shelf products, any that get rid of spots within a short period of time? That is all... Ta.

T-Zone Clear Face - Gel Face Wash Seemed to do wonders for me

Why does it irritate your skin, if you dont dry your face with a towel then maybe... Wash, dry, no problem.
