I understand why they'd charge less for Russians. It was more the way it cost €59, £59, or $59, which all in dollars is $81, $120, $59. It's stupid because you can choose the currency regardless of your country, so me, being in Britain, can still choose to pay in dollars.

It is not so anymore. It's been many years since the Iron curtain was lifted so the Russian see many foreigners now. These misconceptions have changed over time.
