Im a Customs Officer at Gatwick. This programme appears to focus entirely on the Immigration part of the new Border Force. UKBA is a total joke, purely a rebranding exercise. Zulu, I can't agree more with your comment about immigration, being too scared to get 'stuck in'. As I said in a previous post, they hide behind health and safety and their union.
