Hey guys. Who do you guys think has the best physique? Obviously some of you want to be big others just toned but i wouldnt mind having a body like the guy from blade. Firstly, i put this in the wrong forum. Was meant to be in the general one. Secondly, bigger mate, nothing wrong with saying i think his body is tip top! Im cutting at the moment and to keep my moral high, i tell myself to keep going if i wanna look like that! You can try and be funny but if i see a girl who is pretty i can say yeah she is nice and if i think a guy has a good body i am not afraid...

In terms of my goals of speed and a vertical jump and not a bad bod to boot too, Julius Peppers. Dude played NFL, basketball, was a sprinter and triple jumper

ryan reynolds (blade trinity) had an awesome physique but he lost 20lbs before he starred in amytiville horror and i'm sure he admitted to juicing for the role. no way could you maintain that look for more than a few weeks. for me it has to be jean claude van damme in kickboxer.
