I noticed this article this morning over at Yahoo. http://uk.news.yahoo.com/pressass/20...n-6323e80.h tml Their article emphasised music and all types of files. There's some debate over whether The Carphone Warehouse will be a part of it or not, most say they will but at least one source I know has claimed otherwise.

I wonder whether the record companies will really be satisfied with this in the long term or if they'll be back demanding more draconian measures in the future ? Is this the thin end of the wedge ?
