Due to lossing my makeshift squat rack , i cant load up the bar any more as cant lift it over my head, what do you guys think of squats holding the bar behind your legs? will it agrogate my back ? or is it to close to a deadlift just alittle different, let me know what you think as i dont want to end up injurying myself further.Cheers guys

Dont know about that mate, but you could buy a trap bar and do squats with that. But once again its more of a squat/deadlift hydrid. But still very effective and much easier on the back than deads with a straight bar.

I use a trap/shrug bar, i think its almost impossible to catch ya kness unless you are a giant! lol
