Diet looks fine to me. Difficult to gauge if you will gain mass,as that depends on your current size and the portion sizes you are eating. Obviously,to gain weight eat more cals than you are expending.Stick to your proposed diet and alter the portions accordingly until you are seeing gains. Thanks guys, I will ditch the bread and go for the cottage cheese for the final meal. I am gaining just trying to get the diet perfect. To get the disicpline to prepare the meals has taken a while and I have got a pretty good routine. The next area I need to look at is supplements. I will add in some oily fish. I have steak once a week if food budget is good. And I use olive oil in all my cooking and on salads. I sometimes use pumpkinseed oil I will look into adding some flax seed oil Thanks again
