Stock price manipulation is still illegal with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Why dosent the SEC do something about these dirty deeds?

Technically it's not stock manipulation. His words were chosen very carefully. No false assertions or facts, just good ole fashion spin of a price breakout and poor competitor performance.
