Hello, everyone, My glutes (both hips about in the middle) are so painful I can't touch them or even move with comfort. I tried stretching by bending from side to side, and it didn't help I've always had tender points there, but this is the worst they've ever been. Anyone know of exercises, anything, that will help? Hi Seaturtle. By middle of your hip do you mean in the middle of each butt cheek? If so, then stretching your periformas muscle one each side may help. The periformas (sp?) is a very deep muscle under layers in your butt cheeks. Stretching them regularly helps me keep these spasms at bay.
