Anyone doing the new NABBA 'Toned Figure' Class? I'm scared stiff. Don't know what to expect as I haven't done this for 6 years. Used to do Figure but after a 4 year breack with major Back surgery I no longer have enough muscle for figure as the class as expected has moved on without me Should be interesting from the 'Girl in the silver bikini' thread. Hi Lollie, if you look in my website in the comp' gallery, my condition in my last show(4 weeks ago) would be the one of a toned figure... I will be in the Trained figure class at the Britain & will have to be much leaner...

Thanks Malika will take a look now. I'm a bit worried I don't have enough muscle still. It will take me a lot more than the intense 4 months training I have been able to do without back pain. I did train hard and consistantly for 6 years before I hurt my back so that should help me in future. But 4 years without any training, I'm just pleased to be able to walk aain to be honest. Lollie, if you are completely natural (not even ephedrine) then there are the NPA and the BNBF to consider. Maybe the Figure standard in those wouldn suit you more

I wont give anyones ages away here but a high percentage of the girls on this site are over 35, including myself. I reckon they need a new class for the youngsters under 30! LOL
