Did you actually read xscarab's reply? This has nothing to do with no needed parts. It's just that most clients have long queues, so if you want to download from a client you shouuld be aware that there are often thousands of others who wanna download from it, too. So you will have to wait some time, but if you already uploaded to him/her, the waiting time will be reduced. Also note that ...

hi Traders ARE leechers: they upload to selected clients only, but (usually) allow themselves to download from anybody. With a SHARING application such as emule, you can download or share whatever you want, but you have to let people download and share whatever they want. We considering tablebases and eMule's propensity to fragment files into a lot of pieces, means I have a lot of chunks. These trade like mad as everyone is trying to get that last little bit, but new downloads start from some new file (from zilch) rather than some partially finished one. Good thing I have a big HG.
