I do jogging in the morning and go for weight training in the evening...could that cause muscle loss? but weight training is for four days/week and i jog everyday except for sundays...

to answer your question -YES but on the other hand it also depends if you are eating enough for said activities...If muscle growth is what you want then you are joggin way to much...besides jogging is not all that great for you in the long run..cardio wise it is fantastice but joint and bone wise it is horrible when you jog you are bouncing up and down compressing the spine every stride..if you ...

It is all about keeping your calorie intake more than your output. I make a big tub of Ziti for my xc athletes once a week and they can't leave practice until they finish a huge plate :)

I lift weights as heavy as I can, I also sprint (gonna try some tonite, hamstring feeling much better.) And I also run miles. I actually run about 4 to 5 times a week, and sprint another day. I weigh 212 at present.

Just invest in some good shoes, best you can do for your body. get a couple pairs and rotate.
