Sust 250 Yes I am starting sust 250 1cc a week for 10 weeks. Week 6 to 10 I am also adding winnie. Just wondering if anyone has done a cycle like this and what were the results. I am a cat 3 cyclist wanting to move up this summer to a 1-2

I've done Sust 250 1cc p/w with EQ 200, my reco time was better. But I added a lot of water weight, my Power to weight Ratio stayed the same except for my Threshold Power stayed the same from 71.5kg to 76.5kg. So I actually climbed worse at Threshold. Thats way Im staying clean this season, want to see if Id do better without using it this time around..
