I currently weigh 185 with about 10% bf. My goal is to learn as much technique as possible while also cutting up. I am naturally thin and do not have much trouble cutting up and do 0 cardio so I am ...

well I dont know about ur question but Im an Amateur MMA fighter and practiceing technique 4 hours a day is pretty retarded. Im an instructor in Muay thai and I would reccommend u try all of your combos slow instead of trying to be a tuff guy. Get the technique down first and dont spend 4 hours thats just a waste of ur day

Muay Thai is hard bro really hard you will soon be overtraining if you keep up that scheme, why not just split your training, i dont think you will need to diet a lot with all that training and cardio. When i was comepting in TKD about 14 years ago (I am getting old LOL) i never dieted to reach my weight of 165 pounds with all the training i did it was damn easy

Well thanks for information, I had no idea it was a waste of time to train that hard, I will find out I guess. Thanks for the advice, I have never done it, so I was just estimating the training necessary. My question was do I need to eat more calories to support the extra training that I am going to encounter, how do people who have trained dieted?
