How is Cubase for video? | Thread profile

I am asking for a friend, who is really wanting Nuendo but I've got him thinking about going to Cubase, and upgrading to Nuendo from there when he can afford to do that. But he tells me that Cubase does not support video, and I don't seem to think that is the case, but I can't really find out exactly what Cubase will do with video. Will it import it? Will it export what you have scored to ...
