Hi guys, a question for my b/friend, he is doing a show this weekend in the u80's and is currently sat at between 79-80 kg he is worried that he will not make the weight catergory and will have to go into the next cat. which he wil look lost in!!! He is carb depleting from today and loading Thurs onwards, do you think he will loose the excess weight whilst depleting, his concern is that he will ...

I continued to lose weight even when i started carb loading because i dropped my water... i think i lost close to 5 lbs from when i started loading until contest time
