I do 30 miles r/t, partially on some fairly busy roads with construction trucks. Hi-vis jersey, reflective sash, reflective ankle bands, 2x PB Superflash, 1x generic blinkie on jersey pocket, Supernova E3 headlight, Petzl Tikka LED helmet light, Scotchlite tape all over bike frame. During the day, I only leave the 2 PBSF blinkies on, unless it's horrible ...

I commute every day in the DC suburbs with day-glo jersey & ankle bands, orange helmet w/PB Superflash, Dinotte taillight on bike and reflective tape on the frame facing back, front and to the sides. My tires have reflective bands on the sidewall and my shoes have a small amount of reflective material. If there was another way to increase my visibility to motorists ...

You say you have 15 years of experience? Wow, that seems a long time to have still not figured out that it is better to look dorky and be seen, than to look cool and end up as a hood ornament. Do you ride a short bike? There is no such thing as overkill when it comes to being visible.
