Manga drawn in the Western Region of the world is still considered "Western." You would not logically call it Eastern, would you?

It's western in publication. Manga and comics are pretty interchangable in terms of word use. so call it whatever you like.

Tokyopop publishes Western-created Manga. Marvel has it's own "Mangaverse" of characters with both Eastern and Western creative teams. It is a perfectly acceptable label to put on your work .

It's your way you draw , doesnot matter weather it manga drawing or reglar drawing and its still on this side of continent.
