450d focus poll | Thread profile

I don't know if polls are possible in this forum like they are in others. I think that in order to clarify the magnitude of focus problems with new 450d a poll would be necessary. It is normal that people with problems write more in forums and perhaps we are only a few with the focus error. If there is a way to vote in a poll, that could be interesting. If not, I begin this thread with my vote...

Issues on 3 samples in the store with my 17-55 f/2.8 (3 40D samples with same lens was OK)

I tested the XSI with the kit lens - works well no focus issues 400mm L prime again works just as good as my 1D2N. Spot on. 100 F2 - works well but had some issue with AI Servo 50mm works well --- I still need to test it with some other primes and 2 zooms but I think its safe to say my XSi is focusing rather well and fast -- Steve

Focus problems, center point, with both 17-55 and 70-200 f/4 IS camera in service. adi

...but no problems anymore. I reset my camera and everyting is OK now. Lenses: 17-55 IS, 10-22, 50mm f/1.8
