I just was looking at that canon 200 2.0 lens on a website. Six thousand dollars! I have no doubt you'd get some killer shots with it, but for the life of me, I can't imagine what you'd want with that lens for that money when the popular 70-200 2.8 gives you such great images along with focal length variety in low lighting. What seems to be the primary use/need for this lens for that ...

uh, f/2->f/2.8 is EXACTLY ONE FULL STOP

Full stops: Begin at f/1 and f/1.4 Double each, and merge - ie: 1,2,4,8,16,32 1.4,2.8,5.6,11,22 = f/1,f2,f/2.8,f/4,f/5.6,f/8,f/11,f/16,f/22,f/32
