Request Flood Detected | Thread profile

Hi I have very often these messages " Kad: Request flood detected for opcode " in the Verbose Log. is it normal and what is it exactly?

what are you meaning with "aggressively will be banned"??Leechers with Kad Boosting or smaller Kadreasks?? Thats cool when this bad guys become a ban

I mean that Kad-clients which send request packets too frequently will be banned.
