Full time bodybuilder Anyone wants to give input or guide me I 'm bodybuilding full time. I work only 4 hours a day 3-7pm. With training do i need an am/pm split? 8hours or 12hours sleep? Im in bantamweight category 65kg but i intend to go heavier. Financial wise,i can make it. Any input?
