hi paul nt sure on classes at SPF think ill be heavyweight as im 215lbs now coming into first show im sure the aldactone will take a good 5lbs off but the carb up will increase it bk to normal im sure please mail me here mate powerhouse585@gmail.com had to take my email addy down due to many emails and my head couldnt handle it
