ok im 17 just started back working out a little over two months ago ive gained 45pounds and i weigh 175-180 my max at benching is 300.i keeo getting stronger but not getting that much bigger.any good advise helps

i work out at home with crappy weights so yes on a bar ive never used a smith machine.im joining a gym today though so all my maxs will be higher since my weight equipment is outdated.lol my work out is just my own.im planning on becoming a personal trainer soon also.and i eat almost everything and anything. i also run a couple miles every other day.
