I quite like the Sharon Stone guess, but I'd like to suggest Faye Dunaway . Judging from the Nots, I think this is someone who's much older than her 40s (although Sharon Stone is 50+). And to have an entire documentary made of her career does suggest a much older woman. The plastic surgery FD's had is totally barking, and I believe she has a track record for shooting herself in the ...

Fay Dunaway was my guess. Her face is a catastrophe.

Right away I thought of Faye Dunaway whose had a ton of surgery and still believes she's hot stuff. I thought of Lauren Bacall too, but I don't think she's had any surgery and is way older than the rest of the nots.

1) Lauren Bacall has definitely had surgery, even if it was only on her eyes. At one point her eyelids were so droopy, she could barely see out. But this doesn't sound like her. 2) Joan Van Ark is unlikely to have a documentary made about her career and she hasn't won any Academy Awards, so she's a no-no. 3) Goldie Hawn is a strong possibility.
