As I try to enter a new address with the first name, I type L and it prints out as an upside down V instead of the L. Can you tell me what is wrong. GTCOMM

Grampy, You may very well have to re-do some of that optimization. Not knowing exactly what you did, I couldn't tell what you'd have to re-do and what you wouldn't. All your applications should work without having to "reinstall" them, however you will most likely have to reinitialize them. Hope this helps. Roger

She saw the features i mentioned before, and the calendar and html email was impressive enough for her to say, "whenever you have time, upgrade mine also." It only took like 20 minutes to do. After the upgrade and resending the service books, her phone was good to go. She was sleep by then, i thought she was gonna be as excited as me, but oh well. I guess the lack of naked ladies and...

One other thing, although, I'm sure you've tried it is click you're message icon, go to options using your menu key, select General options, select display new message indicator- select no.... reboot phone. If that works, you can probably turn it back on after a reboot. But don't get discouraged, there are a lot of stackers here that are much smarter than I. One will come along and set you straight. If all else fails........
