The problem here is that cx717 is in trouble. COR has to explain two signals. The first in the original dose 13 week primate. The second being the much higher dose 2 week rat. If rat is just greatly higher dosing, what's with the primate? The mindset at the FDA is that cx717 has a problem in this area.
