Was on the final rep of the final set of incline db benches, when my left arm failed on me... the dumbell came falling towards my face ( still being held by my useless, fatigued arm) and I moved my head.. it glanced my shoulder a little but no harm was done thankfully..... Anytime when you exercise and you are used to having a training partner and he/she is also your spotter and your partner/spotter doesn't show up, always, and I mean always reduce your sets and reps for your own sake. (in reply to andy_gza )
