I dont know, it should help... though if its just those ISPs who have signed up to this deal then I'd think what would happen to the people aware their doing alot of this activity, would be that they'd simply move over to another ISP that hasn't signed up to it *shrug* What worries me a little is for example would I get in trouble, would they warn me or whatever for downloading some of the ...

Yeah, I was thinking that earlier, some groups only become famous because so many people find them on MySpace or somewhere like that but its up to the artists to make their tracks available legally on their sites, if they want that exposure... What annoys me, on a slightly different note, is with DVDs... when you actually pay full price and buy the proper, legal DVD and I don't know about ...

Haven't they learned yet that criminalizing the listeners wont work. I dont download illegally but I hate when richies complain about illegal downloading.
