hi guys its been awhile since i post something, i have a couple of questions... would it be wise to train weights afetr wrestling? i have time problems and i was considering to do a cycle in a few weeks because i lost size and strength while cutting weight and i like bb too.. i was thinking of doing some circuits after wrestling/muay thai. i train 5 days a week so i'll do weiths 2 days on 2 off...

quick question: what is your goal? do you plan on fighting? you have two very different styles there: wrestling and mauy thai... wrestling i think weight and circut training is VERY important - even throw in some cycles of AAS... for muay thai i don't know... i have been training MMA for almost a year, and have been doing muay thai 3-4 times per week, we do pushups/situps/use our partner's body ...

wrestling requires alot of energy and strenght... muay thai requires alot of conditioning and stamina. Both are gonna deplete you to the point where working out after isn't going to give you any size increase. If you are doing it just for strength... kew go for it... other wise, i'd try to work out in the am and do the rest in the after nooon or visa versa.
