let me put it like this: a Hyundai is like an ion, you will never get what you put into it and you will never get the price you want to sell it for. it'll break down on you numerous times and it'll eventually cost you more than you actually paid for the car and you kick yourself in the butt not buying a honda.

Your friends a moron for believing that. I would have told Nissan if you do not replace the transmission I will be calling my lawyer. The possibility of a lawsuit should convince them to replace it.
