ok im 23 im new to anabolics, ive done reasearch and im ready to do my first cycle im 160 pounds 5,9 im doing a bulking cycle that consists of 2 x HCG (Pregnyl) 5000 IU, 1 amp by Organon 1 x NOLVADEX 10mg by HEXAL (Germany) (Size: 50 tabs) 1 x ARIMIDEX 0.25 mg (anastrazole) by IP CHINA (Size: 100 tabs) 3 x CLOMID 50mg by EGIS, GREECE (Size: 12 tabs) 4 x DECA-DURABOLIN...

all looks good but imo if this is your 1st cycle I would only take test, ull grow plenty off of test alone, no need to add deca, and dbol untill gains stop from only test. @nd I would use a long ester test like e or cyp, sust should be shot at least eod to get the full benifits from its esters.

it's good that you're prepared and taken the time to research but keep it simple imo you have enough sustanon to run 12 weeks at 500mg which is what i would do drop the deca as you will already gain nicely from the test only since sustanon will take a few weeks to kick in you can add the dianabol as a kick start pct looks good. should start 3 weeks after last sust jab.

Estray is absoulty right, you have to sort out your diet and your training before turning to gear. It's not a magic potion thats going to turn you in to Arnie! Also that's far to much for your first cycle. You should be keeping it simple 500mg Test E a week split on Monday and Thursday for 12 week with Nolva and maybe clomid for PCT. daddy d thanks for the info..... so u guys think i should drop the deca and just go with 500 mg a week of sust stack it with d bol? how about the arimidex and hcg?

what would u guys recommend 500 or 750 mg per week... keep in mknd its my first cycle
