Hello, I have a quick Question--I was told you should NEVER mix oil and water based steroids together...always inject seperately....anybody!!

That's total nonsense. There is no reason not to mix them, and I've done it many times.

I heard the same thing...but have just recently begun to mix waterr based winny with an oil (either eq or test in my case). It can be tricky becuase one goes in faster, but I have found the oil cuts the miserable fucking pain associated with winny. Has been two weeks now, so far no issues.

I also did it with winny and i also at one time added B-12 which is water base to my test prop to dull the pain. Never a problem.
