I think DP allow there members to buy diggs .. DP is not taking any responsibility if your account get banned or story removed .. I mean you are doing at your own risk Lots of people buying and doing digg for others (Even free) Isn't it a wrong cat. for this thread ? this should be in general or other section Maybe :| Rajat

Digg clicks are a step removed from fraud, although they certainly misrepresent the popularity of a story and therefore drive traffic and the potential to earn income. I don't have an answer though...

Buying Diggs is against Digg TOS and DP tells you not to buy any Diggs because your account, along with whoever Dugg, will get banned. As for your question. No, buying Diggs is not against DP TOS.
