Perhaps, perhaps not.. What's in the Toyota? They can look alike and have the factory specific wiring differences. Or, the joint venture expanded one way (Vibe a Matrix) or the other (Matrix a Vibe?) If it's the same type Delphi INR, I would more believe it is a class II unit. However, the interfaces program to different specs and who says there isn't some different firmware for that particular ...

Actually, I know the answer to that one. The Vibe INR does not have a Class 2 hookup at all and has no anti-theft features. It certainly could work on an 02 Av, but it is a completely different radio than the INR used in the rest of the GM's. It has a different appearance and is Vibe/Matrix-specific.
