If your members are not logged in all they will see are your public areas. They will not be able to post logged out. When someone chooses not to have their online status showing....they are still logged in, you just do not see it. You can prevent them from being anonymous on your board but not from hiding their online status.

No, that doesn't quite work. You still have to pick a country that is not yours. I did as you suggested -- take a look at my profile right now. It says I live in the North Pole US -- which is not correct.

In that dropdown menu, you will see "Not in Canada or the USA" choose that and then if you want to add your own country you can add it manually in the same area as you add your "City". I live in the UK and this is how I have done it.

I just tried the same thing as SciFi and noticed the same issue. If we had the menu item to shut the country off, the fact that some countries are likely missing would be covered. People could get exactly what they want by using the City field exclusively. I did improve "WI US" to "Wisconsin, US" in my profile, though, so I'm pleased about that.

That link to other readers was provided by ZDNet. I would say anything on that list is probably trustworthy since ZDNet made the referral. UPDATE: Adobe plans to patch this issue on January 12, 2010.

One of my members cannot get on .... Here is her info ....
Time Warner is her cable company (ISP), she uses Firefox (she has also tried it in Safari and the same thing happens), she has a IMac, and is OS10 Snow
Leopard. She says that she hasn't changed anything and she can get any other sites, only happens on Yuku. She also can't get to yuku.com, so it's
not just Stephenmoyer.yuku....

There isn't a feature that would allow you to display the status but, in case it's possible to do it in a roundabout way, I'm going to move this

You should have a pager at the top also. Plus, if you click the new post icon to the immediate left of a topic, it will take you to the first new reply since
your previous visit.
