Kris, I chose my body pattern from a Calude Bolton cowboy book. You just have to redo the pattern to remove the arms, and do Lynn's style of arms. He may have a body pattern there somewhere. He also makes those movable patterns that one could use. Good luck , Tom

Thank you David. Elegant? I don't know about that. But Bob, here is a quick example of what I discussed with you and I thought it might be of benefit to others as well. Now this is only intended to lay flat and stack with other chisel trays but the principle remains the same. Well no sooner did I wrap up the 10 corbels that I had to jump on this project. It's the Wisteria desk. The carving is going along the front of the desk, 5 ft wide and 30 inches high. I'm doing it in segments to facilitate carving. It will also end up projecting off the desk approx. 7 inches with the bulk of the thickness taken up with the vines supporting the branches.
