Mag ask lang ko? why man nga iya ibutang iya kaugalingon sa risk? what if report tood na sya sa iya fiance (worst scenario lang) di maglisod na noon na sya ug balik kung pananglit pangitaon na siya sa immigration. You can expect to pay 5000-7500P for the pig depending on the size, I paid 6000P for mine to serve 30. The store in your post seems to give a fair estimate considering they will also deliver. Might I suggest if you will have more people than the pig will serve that you get a side dish such as Adobo Chicken/Meat or even BBQ (My favorite)! Happy landings and enjoy your trip....

U need to have ur passport......and the fee. A couple of ID's are a good idea too. That's all my girlfriend had. If you already have ur visa bring that too and they will put the sticker in ur passport/visa for u. Otherwise u have to return when u get ur visa and get the sticker.
