Maybe the answer is finding a cleaner club. I was asking a similar question because I live near Detroit and I've been told by anyone whose worked in Detroit clubs that there is an overflowing amount of extras girls. Everyone on SW has told me to make sure I have a good hustle and that will help me keep my head above water, but I'm sure it can be stressful to deal with grabby, inappropriate customers every minute you're there....

From a scientific standpoint, you would have to drink a ton of water, drastically change your diet, and get regular deep tissue massages. I have heard though that coffee ground massages, green tea, steam room, body brushing all help. I have done Thermage, and I wouldn't recommend it.
