Our metabolisms are crazy things I tell ya! They have a mind of their own. Maybe the multivitamin gave your body the nutrients that it needed to properly function and utilize the food you eat. Especially if you eat even somewhat healthy. Certain vitamins and nutrients NEED others to be absorbed otherwise they are junked....

If the clubs give you anxiety, maybe working one night a week would be the best thing (while keeping your regular job). That way you can supplement your income without having to deal with all the stresses of dancing on a constant basis that will wear you down if you aren't strong....
