I've seen some boutique amps with racing stripes across them. I don't think there was any beading between the colors. I wonder how they do that?

I'm assuming that you're asking whether there's anything special that needs to be done with the tolex around the jack plate holes? There's not really anything special.. Some people just cut the tolex flush with the edge of the hole and some people prefer to cut the tolex long and then wrap it around to the back side of the panel. Since it's all covered with the jack plate when you're done it ...

Hi. Great site w/lots of good insight. This may sound dumb, but when doing the beading w/electrical wire, how do you get the wire out of the sheathing? Thanks, Robert
