I have a Galco FLETCH for a Commander 1911 and my C3 fits perfectly into it. It is the only one I have tried but I think any leather holster for a 4" 1911 should work fine. Kydex may be a problem.

Since US law only requires serial numbers on the receiver of the firearm, having a different serial number on the slide or barrel will not be an issue. I think that they will either replace the frame with a new frame of a different serial number or just replace the whole gun. I belive that they could also serial number a new frame with your guns serial number as long as the old frame is ...

Ya ya, Obama sucks. Like there aren't bigger things to bitch about than his little jokes? I'm surprised he can even take a dump without someone bitching that he didn't do it with one hand over his heart, the other saluting, with a US flag draped over his shoulders singing the national anthem.

Much as I dislike him I think our time would be a bit better spent on his Foreign Policy, Economic, Social, Military, Health, Constitutional, Administrative, screw ups, rather than his social gaffes. I mean, if we cover all of those FOX news might as well open a new channel- "OFUN". The "Obama Fuck Up Network." It could run 24/7 with no reruns.

She has NOOOOOOO ONE that can care for the child? And the sad thing is, the Army will cave and she won't go. Yes, they are out of their minds, but not in this case. I really don't see how, with the mass of media coverage, ANYONE could get a fair trial. Show me one American who wouldn't want these guys to pay for their crimes? Where in the US would you find a jury that doesn't have their mind made up about these murders. Kevin

I'm sorry, but I can't provide a yes or no answer to such an ambiguous question. There's a lot of people in this world who can "bring harm" to others. What type of harm (death, injury, loss of property, loss of freedom, loss of "face",...) has a lot to do with how serious the threat is that's being confronted, and what's the appropriate response. The alternatives to "the ultimate punishment" ...

I like your write-up. And to mention that I just took possession of a 3" Ruger SP101 that I'm enjoying. I took her out Veterans Day for a quick shoot and was not disappointed. So happy with it that I just ordered a Don Hume 721 to wear it. I doubt it will replace my semi's for concealment, but for outdoor work, I believe it'll be on my side.
