After reading a few posts about joint lines and filling I was wondering do we worry to much after all would'nt there be gaps where wings and tail planes met fuselage especially in wartime and up to
jet age Also as I have never seen aircraft up close would the panel lines/hatches be so distinct as a lot modelers seem to depict Please dont see this as a criticism if you finish yor projects ...

pondering with the idea of making my own glass display cases but the only part i cannot seem to find any info on is how to fix the sides and top of the glass together. I have thought of using silicon but i have also seen a case that looked like it was fixed with a painted lead bead around the edges. Has anyone else come across this any advice welcome. ive just bought an Airbus A380 1/125 kit via
mail order, obviously its guna be a large kit, but what i was wondering was which would be the best way to paint it, i could use tinlets but that would take a while and probably use qutie a few tins. does anyone have any suggestion? thanks
